The 2021 Lincoln Veteran’s Parade allowed residents of Lincoln to show their support for veterans.

Since it’s inception, Parade Commander Antonio Marino said the event provided a uniting force for the community.

Shawn Vandrovec, a former member of the United States Navy, agreed with Marino and said the current divisive nature of the country makes events like the parade even more important.

Over one thousand people attended the parade on Sunday, November 7.
