Delta 8 THC dispensaries have been popping up all over the nation but people may not have noticed that they were also appearing in Nebraska’s cities. More than 20 stores and dispensaries sell delta 8 products in the Omaha and Lincoln area. This includes gas stations, dispensaries and general convenience stores. Delta-8 THC (or Delta-8-tetrahydrocannabinol) is a naturally occurring chemical compound that is a close cousin to Delta 9 marijuana, the most commonly recognized marijuana. Delta 8 has psychoactive properties which tend to give people the “high” feeling that they get from Delta 9 but the effect isn’t as strong. But how is this all legal?
