During the 2020 election, Nebraskans will make the final decision on allowing all forms of gambling at racetracks. Initiatives 429, 430 and 431 are on the ballot. These initiatives would legalize gambling at racetracks and establish a new tax system. Nate Grasz, policy director at Nebraska Family Alliance, opposes the three initiatives.
