An alleged sexual assault took place on Aug. 23 at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, according to UNL police.

In the following days, hundreds of protesters gathered outside the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house, commonly known as FIJI, to spread awareness about sexual assault and misconduct on campus.

No charges have been filed and police continue investigating.
